Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This document governs the collection, processing, and protection of user data for Momentum Matters. We respect your privacy, and we are legally and ethically committed to protecting the digital assets and personal information you hand over when purchasing our Custom AI Video Production services.

2. Information We Collect

When you purchase an AI video package, we collect the precise operational data required to render your asset. This includes your name, email address, brand logos, and proprietary sales scripts. We do not process your credit card directly on our servers; all financial transactions are securely processed and encrypted by Stripe, acting as our dedicated merchant provider.[^1]

3. Third-Party Processing and Script Protection

Because we build synthetic video assets, your text scripts must be processed through external software. We transmit your submitted scripts to third-party synthetic video rendering engines solely for the purpose of generating your final video. Your proprietary scripts are never sold, published, or used to train public AI models. Once the strict 7-day execution window closes and your video is delivered, your raw script remains securely archived in our Systeme.io database strictly for order history and potential technical revisions.[^2]

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Site Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native Systeme.io tracking cookies to monitor site performance, measure dwell time, and ensure our checkout funnels operate correctly. These systems track behavioral data like page views and bounce rates, but they do not expose your personal identity.

5. Data Security and Assumption of Risk

We implement aggressive, industry-standard digital security measures to protect your transactional data. However, no digital transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

6. Contact and Redress

If you need to access, delete, or question the handling of your personal data, you can contact our primary support desk at any time. We will execute data deletion requests in compliance with state and federal regulations.

(Requires commercial websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California residents to conspicuously post a privacy policy detailing the data collected and third parties with whom it is shared).
